World Truths Edition released

Everything needed to play using this system is complete, including modifications to the world building presentation. The methodology for creating spells has been fully laid out to the best of my ability; spells are functionally on par with standard assets, including experience costs, so they shouldn't break anything in that regard. Toward that end, the changes mentioned in the previous update are now fully integrated into the rules. The spell components now include roll tables for random selection purposes.

The text has been thoroughly cleaned up overall, with the table of contents now accurately pointing to the various sections of the document.

I will likely continue to work on upgrading the work as a whole, but barring any unforeseen issues, the current ruleset will remain unchanged.
