Some minor edits and switch to pdf format

There were apparently some issues with the formatting of the document, particularly with regard to the file type; I've switched over to pdf.  This should hopefully resolve all issues, but if there are still problems, please let me know. 

On a more minor note, per a suggestion, references to moves are now underlined.
